www.bcmrepairs.co.uk scam alert - details below
To whom this may concern
The scam - 4 fake websites and counting, fake or no address, no contact number, The scam is to make people believe they are getting their body control modules repaired. Only contact is through there web contact form then they/them email you with a price and the only way to send it, is by means of a QR code at post office (dpd) so people think its coming to lonsdale street Stoke but is in fact going to an address is coventry as far as i can make out.
Customer then gets charged between £200 - £400 and recieves either a returned module with no work done or none at all in many cases. Customer then has little choice but to go to main agent paying between £500-£2500 for a new replacement module. I believe many customers / victims have been conned over a minimum 3 year period.
Why am i involved ? As owner of ECU EXPRESS (16 years trading) based in Stoke also, i am getting frequent calls asking if i know of him/them and hearing horror stories. During the last 4-6 months this rammed up to the point i now hear of things on a daily basis.
His MO - Once a customer complains they recieve constant death threats and now a blog post on his website, because of this i have been able to contact a few more victims.
I have a whatsapp group full of victims and we share stories and they all express dissapointment at the lack of response from trading standards and relevant authorities.

This blog post aims to explore the reasons why individuals have labeled this service as potentially fraudulent.
Customer Experiences Highlight Concerns
Multiple reviews and customer feedback reveal alarming patterns regarding the services offered by www.bcmrepairs.co.uk. Numerous clients report paying for repairs that were never completed or receiving poor-quality workmanship on devices that still malfunctioned. Furthermore, there are stories of delayed responses from customer service, leaving clients feeling ignored and frustrated.
